My Set Connect aims to increase the efficiency of independent productions
Founded by Computer Science students at the University of South Carolina, My Set Connect seeks to bridge the gap that often exists between small time filmmakers and the local acting communities around them. Existing casting and crew websites are expensive and not geared to the community that filmmaking is supposed to build. Made in collaboration with student filmmakers, My Set Connect hopes to provide a ladder to clear several pre production challenges, thus allowing filmmakers to spend more time doing what they love, being creative.
